FULL DESCRIPTION:
Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:
- Reconcile invoices and PO's together and ensure they are logged correctly in the system
- Investigate any discrepancies with invoices and PO's with vendors and internal departments
- Provide data entry support for inputting invoices and PO's in the system and making sure they have the correct status
- Understand and implement 3 way match verifications
- File PO's, invoices, and documentation in online filing system
- Provide additional support duties to Assistant Controller
Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Familiarity with 3 way match verification
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Good attention to detail and organization
- Experience with PO and invoice reconciliation
- Strong data entry skills
