- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred but not required
- 2+ years of Accounting experience
- Great Attitude and Professionalism in the workplace
- Intermediate Excel skills

FULL DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and issuing Client Invoices including ad-hoc and monthly recurring invoices
- Uploading Invoices to Client Portals, routinely confirming / resolving any rejected invoices
- Preparing A/R related month-end workpapers including performing balance sheet reconciliations.
- Perform monthly Operational systems to Accounting system Client billing reconciliations.
- Perform routine collections efforts for clients with open aged invoices.
- Assist with matching client payments to open invoices within the Accounting system.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Confidential, understands the sensitivity of working in an Accounting department
- Conscientious about timeliness of assignments and quality of work product
- Accountable for specific performance
- Possess quality written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional work ethic
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Attention to detail
