FULL DESCRIPTION:

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Heavy data entry relating to, credit card transactions, cash receipts, checks
  2. Answering phones, reaching out to clients over the phone, and verifying information over the phone as needed.
  3. Communicating via email and providing updates as quickly as possible.
  4. Maintaining a neat and organized lobby while providing excellent customer service to those entering the building.

 

Requirements: 

  1. 1+ years of experience in an Office Administrative role
  2. Comfortable using MS Office Suite programs
  3. Strong communication kills and Attention to detail
