Full Job Description: 

We are a reliable partner for maritime services and supplies in North America. Our staff of highly qualified engineers and service technicians are trained and certified by our principals - a variety of leading equipment manufacturers of the maritime industry.


FULL DUTIES:
7:30 am - 4 pm  Monday  - Friday Must PST time
30 min Lunch 
2x 15 min breaks

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Data entry
  • Complete annual file archiving
  • Clean and stock office supplies
  • Filing, Scan and copy
  • Schedule and maintain records of service calls
  • Generate and update database reports
  • Complete administrative paperwork- certificate review
  • Creating and maintaining certificate files and records
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor
  • Establish good working relationships with other employees
  • Customer service, phone etiquette

Hourly Wage Range: $17 - $18 per hour
