Full Job Description:
We are a reliable partner for maritime services and supplies in North America. Our staff of highly qualified engineers and service technicians are trained and certified by our principals - a variety of leading equipment manufacturers of the maritime industry.
FULL DUTIES:
7:30 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday Must PST time
30 min Lunch
2x 15 min breaks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel
- Data entry
- Complete annual file archiving
- Clean and stock office supplies
- Filing, Scan and copy
- Schedule and maintain records of service calls
- Generate and update database reports
- Complete administrative paperwork- certificate review
- Creating and maintaining certificate files and records
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor
- Establish good working relationships with other employees
- Customer service, phone etiquette
Hourly Wage Range: $17 - $18 per hour
