FULL DESCRIPTION:
The Accounts Payable Clerk will handle accounting support of the company and will assist with projects and help in other departments as needed.
The selected candidate will further possess the following:
Requirements
- Must be experienced in Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliations and Invoicing/Enter GL's
- Must have experience invoicing from sales orders - 3-way match
- Must be able to assist with month end close
- Must be experienced in processing Sales Tax -California/Nevada (quarterly/annual)
- Assist other departments such as sales with
- Must be a team player and help with phones, administrative duties and assist in other departments when needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years' accounts payable
- Must be a quick learner with computer systems
- Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office , EXCEL, and Outlook
- Must have strong communications skills both verbal and written
- Ability to follow through with details and document changes as requested
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Manufacturing experience a + but not requires
Hourly Wage Range - $23 - $26 per hour
