Accounts Receivable Specialist - Talentzok

- Wholesale / Retail accounting and Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus

FULL DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
- Records, verifies, and posts payments received by the Company
- Ensures transactions are recorded promptly and accurately in accordance with the Company's internal accounting policies
- Reconciles payments with Accounts Receivable ledger and prepares reports on delinquent accounts
- Responsible for customer billing and researching customer inquiries regarding bills
- Works closely with Logistics to ensure timely and complete customer billing
- Resolves valid or unauthorized deductions by customers on balances due
- Filing & categorizing documentation
- Entail some Accounts Payable job duties
- Assisting with special projects
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum associates degree in accounting or applicable degree, bachelors preferred.
- 2-4 years of similar job-related experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word & Excel)
- Previous experience in retailer customer accounting and deduction management a huge plus
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central a plus
- May require some overtime
- May require some light lifting
- Thrive in a fast-pace, engaging, deadline-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay: $24-26 per hour
