Immediate opening for a Bilingual HR Coordinator in Redlands, CA who possesses:  
 
  1. 2+ years of recruiting and onboarding experience
  2. Experience handling timekeeping, HR files, and administrative work
  3. Bilingual Spanish
  4. Prior experience with medical billing or accounting is a huge plus

FULL DESCRIPTION:  
 
The selected candidate will be responsible for: 
 
  • Assisting the Director of Operations with day-to-day admin work and processes
  • Work on onboarding and recruitment for medical, admin, and billing staff
  • Assist with timekeeping and timecards
  • Help with translating items for patients and management staff
  • Helping with employee and patient confidential files
  • Assist with light medical billing and credentialing
 
The selected candidate will also possess: 
 
  • HS diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of previous HR Coordinator experience 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to read, write, speak and
  • understand English and Spanish clearly
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with an Electronic Medical Record a plus
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Working knowledge of insurance (PPO, HMO, Medi-Cal, IEHP) 
 
Salary Range: $23-$27
