FULL DESCRIPTION: The selected candidate, will work collaboratively with our clients, to sell a specialty fleet card into area businesses, which operate company vehicles.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job listings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees. Manage the termination process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure that the company handbook policies are consistently followed.
- Provide support to staff and management with understanding and adhering to company rules.
- Monitor employee attendance, track absences, and ensure compliance with the company's attendance policies.
- Assist in the credentialing process for medical providers with hospitals, insurance groups, and other relevant healthcare entities.
- Work with insurance companies to ensure proper credentialing for reimbursement and provider participation within insurance networks.
- Verify/Maintain that all credentials/documentation are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards, ensuring timely renewals and updates.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring all hours worked, deductions, and benefits are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.
- Help resolve discrepancies in payroll, including addressing employee concerns regarding pay and time-off balances.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
- Will be asked to reach out to patients with an outstanding balance, having the intention of collecting the owed monies.
- Work closely with department managers/supervisors, medical providers, and insurance representatives to ensure all processes are efficient and compliant.
The selected candidate will also possess:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in
- Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in human resources, administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a medical or healthcare environment preferred.
- Exposure to medical credentialing processes and insurance contracts is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities at once.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and employee recruiting
- software (Indeed, Linked-In, ZipRecruiter, GlassDoor, etc).
- Macro knowledge of medical credentialing processes, healthcare insurance groups, and provider contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of personnel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
Salary Range: $23-$27/hr
