FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls. Receive direct visitors and clients.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system and office administration.
- General clerical duties include data entry, photocopying, scanning documents, mailing, and emailing.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
- Maintain office supply inventories.
- Keep visitor waiting area and front lobby clean and presentable
- Manipulate, update, and analyze various purchasing reports in PDF, Excel, and Power BI formats
- Properly code vendor invoices with applicable accounting details for cost allocation by AP team
- Evaluate purchases to ensure Company policies and procedures are being followed properly
- Assist with the creation of purchase order requisitions and receiving of goods and services in Company designated procurement system
- Support Corporate Purchasing Manager with other activities as directed
The selected candidate will also possess:
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 environment including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Excel (Intermediate Excel skills a must, Advanced preferred)
- Intermediate-level knowledge and experience of working in and storing of shared electronic documents properly
- High school diploma (or equivalent-Required)
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
- Understanding of Purchasing/Procurement practices and principles
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
Salary Range: $ 22-$25/hr
