Immediate opening for a CNC Machine Operator (2nd Shift) in Huntington Beach, CA who possesses:
- 2+ years of CNC lathe and milling experience
- Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work in fast-paced production
- Must be able to work hours 3:00pm-11:30pm

FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Machine Operation: Operate CNC equipment in a high-production environment, ensuring machines are set up correctly and running efficiently.
- Quality Control Collaboration: Work closely with the Quality Control team to analyze production outputs and implement tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory control by verifying, counting, and organizing materials and finished products.
- Production Reporting: Provide detailed records of production runs, emphasizing quality and timeliness.
- Safety Commitment: Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency as the company grows.
- Lean Practices: Engage in 5S and Lean Processing principles to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
The selected candidate will also possess:
- Educational Background: High school diploma or GED required; an Associate's Degree or applicable vocational training is strongly preferred.
- Technical Experience: Minimum of 2 years' operating CNC lathes and milling machines, with a thorough understanding of modern CNC machine tools and efficient workflow processes.
- Industry Exposure: Experience in a technology-related industry is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to operate CNC machinery, read and interpret technical drawings, and use precision measurement tools such as digital calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges.
- Mechanical and Mathematical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills are essential.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with adequate computer skills and exposure to ERP systems.
- Teamwork and Attitude: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while establishing strong team relationships. A positive attitude and commitment to the company's core values-Passionate, Innovative, Teamwork, Integrity, Reliable, Respectful-are crucial.
- Mobility: Ability to stand, sit, or move about continuously for up to 75% or more of the work shift.
- Physical Activity: Capability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and perform activities such as walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Dexterity and Vision: Finger dexterity is required frequently for machine setup and calibration. Visual acuity for close-range tasks, distance, color identification, and depth perception is necessary.
Salary Range: $26/hr
