Entry-Level Accounting Assistant - TalentZok
Location: City of Industry, CA

TalentZok is partnering with a growing company to hire an Entry-Level Accounting Assistant. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates looking to begin their accounting career in a hands-on, supportive environment. Training will be provided, with potential for long-term growth.
Please note: This position is not intended for CPA or CPA-track candidates.
What You'll Learn & Support
- Assist with Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R)
- Help reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Support preparation of basic financial reports
- Assist with payroll data and documentation
- Help manage inventory of office and company supplies
- Support budget tracking and general administrative tasks
- Assist with internal company events
What We're Looking For
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Internship, coursework, or basic accounting exposure is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn accounting systems and processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
