Entry-Level Accounting Assistant / Bookkeeper (Bilingual Mandarin) - TalentZok

Location: City of Industry, CA
Pay Rate: $22–$25/hour

TalentZok is partnering with a growing company in City of Industry, CA to hire an Entry-Level Accounting Assistant / Bookkeeper who is bilingual in Mandarin and English. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with early accounting experience who are looking to grow their skills in a supportive team environment.

Please note: This position is not intended for CPA or CPA-track candidates.

What You'll Learn & Support

• Assist with Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R)
• Support basic bookkeeping and data entry
• Help reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Assist with inventory tracking of office and company supplies
• Support company event planning and administrative tasks
• Provide general accounting and office support as needed

What We're Looking For

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• 1–3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, internship, or coursework experience preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field a plus
• Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
• Willingness to learn accounting systems and processes
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English (required)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Clear and professional communication skills
